RAJKUMAR MUKHOPADHYAY (1956-2016) wrote radiant fiction that individuated his genre and style from the rest of Kaurab writers. His maiden novel Anya Bhuban received much attention and eulogy immediately after publication. The content of his fiction and the flair of narration were as rich and innovative as stunted was his oeuvre. Books didn't follow and soon Rajkumar was forgotten. A lesser cultivated painter hid in the author, however, who picked up momentum in the later years of his life and did everything he could to make up for the shortfall of his literary corpus. Rajkumar produced hundreds of paintings in water color and oil.

We are thankful to the painter's wife Shakti and daughter Fiona for digitizing several of his frames. A selected few are displayed in the gallery.
